Commission

• Build your own book of business from the ground up by developing relationships with clients across the country.
• Act as the single point of contact for your customers — managing shipments, solving problems, and ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and customers to maximize profit and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with a high-energy sales team to meet and exceed goals.
• Learn the logistics industry through hands‑on experience and comprehensive training.
