The Outside Sales Representative: This dynamic and results‑driven professional is responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment. They will meet decision makers, build relationships, advise on energy services, and operate as a full-time face‑to‑face B2B sales role offering base pay and uncapped commission.
Responsibilities- Meet with decision makers and build relationships while offering industry‑leading energy services to their businesses.
- Provide decision makers with the necessary information needed for them to make an informed decision when choosing their energy provider.
- Operate a full‑time, face‑to‑face B2B sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission.
- Base pay plus uncapped commission.
- 10 paid holidays.

- Outside sales experience and energy knowledge preferred but not required.
- Willing to drive from business to business; must have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Full‑time – 8 hours a day.
- Monday to Friday with weekend work available.
- Typical schedule is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but can be flexible.
Location:
Cincinnati, OH. Salary: $65,000 - $110,000.
