We are currently filling a Brand Ambassador role to assist with new business sales and development. Representatives meet with new and existing clients to build and maintain relationships and increase sales. We need a Brand Representative to join our business, learn our products and grow with us! If being a Team Leader or Manager in the future or even just taking a step up into a more senior position is something that appeals to you, then this role could be the first step towards that goal.
Responsibilities& Qualifications
- Establish and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
- Competitiveness and the drive to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
- Be honest and proactive in all your communications - internally and externally
- Work cooperatively with operations personnel to improve our service and resolve any client issues
- Sign up new accounts, grow sales, and achieve individual sales growth plans
- Implement and support current promotions
- Follow a consultative selling approach
- 1 year or more of successful business development or sales experience preferred
- Experience in providing exceptional client support
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and a successful track record of exceeding sales goals
- The ability to think and move quickly while assisting clients
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Full time availability
- Understand and be able to answer basic questions about general brand knowledge, products and the company itself
- Ensure brand standards are followed at all events
- Assist with account promotions as needed
- Complete post analysis of all events
- Report to and remain in regular correspondence with the Regional Account Manager no less than once a week to check in
- Other duties as assigned
- Face to Face meetings with prospective customers
