Inside Sales Representative – Genesight – Onsite – Mason, OH

Myriad Genetics seeks a dynamic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team in Mason, OH. The ISR will qualify and sell to healthcare providers and support patients throughout their journey.

• Lead Management:
  Source new sales opportunities through inbound follow‑up and outbound outreach.
• Customer Engagement:
  Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, prioritizing patient mental health.
• Opportunity Management:
  Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for development and closure.
• Sales Achievement:
  Close sales and consistently achieve quarterly quotas.
• Account Management:
  Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our offerings.
• Database Management:
  Maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned territory.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with sales partners to build a robust pipeline and close deals.
• Sales Presentations:
  Conduct engaging virtual sales calls to educate customers and showcase our solutions.

• Education:
  
  BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Inside sales experience preferred; healthcare experience a plus.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent phone skills with a positive, consultative approach.
• Adaptability:
  Agile and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Proficient in  or similar CRM and web presentation tools.
• Sales Acumen:
  Understanding of sales cycles and ability to track related data.

  Ability to multi‑task and prioritize effectively.

Lifting Requirements – sedentary to light work or exerting 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently. Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
