Regional Manager - Service and Sales at Sky Water Search Partners
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary: $105,000 - $120,000
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategy to sustainably grow market share in the assigned region, exceeding sales volume and gross profit targets.
- Provide strategic direction and support necessary to penetrate accounts and close opportunities.
- Lead the region's outside sales and service team, including coaching, performance improvement, and personal career development.
- Actively identify and evaluate new customers, market conditions, opportunities, and competitive pressures.
- 5-10 years industrial sales/sales management experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical aptitude; familiarity with manufacturing processes.
- Proven communication, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
