Full‑time employment all year round with uncapped commissions. 12 weeks paid training at $2,500 per bi‑weekly pay period. Base wage $38,000–$45,000 plus commissions; potential earnings over $100,000 annually.

• Generate sales leads through business and industry prospecting.
• Negotiate prices to benefit customers and the company profit base.
• Close deals within measurable time periods.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with the OPC team, sharing resources and knowledge.
• Provide individualized service and support to customers.

• Minimum age 18.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of direct B2B sales experience.
• Preferred: 2 years of sales experience in home services.

• Must obtain a pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment.
• Physical requirements:
  
  bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead, inspect small spaces.
• Work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments after training.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license throughout employment.
