Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote, Part‑Time
Helium SEO is seeking an experienced professional to fill a part‑time Sales Development Representative role. The role pays an hourly rate with bonus incentives for every qualified meeting booked. The position is remote and requires availability for 15‑20 hours each week, primarily during standard business hours (8 am ET – 5 pm PT).
Location EligibilityYou must be located in one of the following states:
Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Florida, Colorado, Utah, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, or Maine.
- Strategic Prospecting
:
Leverage advanced tools like Zoom Info and Koncert to identify and engage potential clients. - Relationship Building
:
Use consultative selling techniques to connect with prospects and create meaningful business relationships (all over the phone). - Lead Management
:
Qualify incoming leads, schedule appointments, and maintain meticulous records in our Hub Spot CRM. - Continuous Learning
:
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to sharpen your professional skills.
- Cold calling/prospecting experience.
- Thrives in a high‑energy, high‑volume communication environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self‑motivation and a strong desire to learn.
- Foundational understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Experience in sales, call center, CSR, or customer service role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Strong research and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to work 15‑20 hours consistently each week, available during 8 am ET – 5 pm PT.
- Hourly rate between $24 – $26 per hour.
- Bonus for each qualified meeting booked.
- Bonus for each lead that turns into a closed deal.
