Technical Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences (or similar, could be veterinary too)

An established industry leader in high-purity solvents is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to support growth across the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. This role blends technical expertise with a strong sales mindset to deliver high-impact solutions to top-tier clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage key relationships with pharmaceutical and life sciences customers
• Develop and execute sector-specific sales strategies
• Serve as a technical expert on high-purity chemicals and their applications
• Support clients with product selection, technical inquiries, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal R&D, Quality, and Marketing teams
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive insights
• Prepare proposals and manage contract negotiations
• Lead client training sessions and educational events

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years in technical sales within pharma, life sciences, or chemical manufacturing
• Deep understanding of high-purity solvents and their applications
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events
