We are recruiting for Client Partners, one located in Minnesota and the other in Cincinnati, in the professional banking and Financial Services domain. These roles will be responsible for leading sales activities in their respective regions for our banking and financial services business. Activities include lead generation, hunting for new logos, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. A key aspect of the role is to inspire customers on their enterprise journey and demonstrate how Persistent can play an integral part in that journey.
Thinking outside the box and showcasing the art of the possible is essential for this role.
What you will do –
- Be passionate about the innovation economy, interested in new-age technologies, and excited about the future of technology shaping industries – including Cloud, Mobility, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Blockchain for BFSI.
- Manage and grow existing customer business in the Insurance segment with a strong focus on understanding various lines of business across the insurance portfolio.
- Demonstrate experience in achieving annual revenue targets.
- Communicate effectively and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders (CXO levels 1, 2, and
3). - Eager and experienced in successfully growing and partnering with clients.
- Highly motivated to sell services, solutions, and platforms to BFSI customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Profile customers, plan sales strategies, and set revenue/margin targets by service line at the account level.
- Lead client meetings and pursue opportunities with the support of pre-sales, delivery, and external partners.
