Salary

Hourly wage: $19–$32 per hour.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Full‑time.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the backroom.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts (if required).

• Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices.
• Driver's license or forklift certification (when required).
