Position:
Seasonal Merchandiser – part time.
The Scotts Miracle‑Grocery Company hiring in field sales to support large‑box retailers such as Home Depot and Lowe’s. Hourly pay ranges from $16.00 ೆಯ–$19.00, paid weekly, and is determined by skills, experience and location.

• Mer(second merchandise inside and outside stores
• Provide customers and store associates with product knowledge on Scotts brands
• Ensure product is stocked and presentable at all times
• Assist in identifying opportunities for solution selling and incremental space
• Provide support to Sales Manager and store employees as needed
• Work effectively independently and as a team to perform all assigned tasks

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or stocking preferred
• Problem‑solving, service‑oriented attitude
• Flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and irregular hours
• Ability to operate company‑provided technology
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Capacity to routinely walk, stand, climb an 8‑12 ft ladder, lift up to 45 lbs and tolerate weather elements (heat, cold, wind, rain)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
