Retail Market Manager

We are seeking a hands‑on Market Operations Manager to oversee retail store operations in the Cincinnati market. This role is critical to driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in retail operations and a willingness to roll up their sleeves when needed. Forklift and skid steer experience preferred.

• Hire, train, and support store managers and staff.
• Drive sales growth to meet or exceed market goals.
• Manage inventory levels and minimize loss.
• Ensure top-selling seasonal items are always in stock.
• Oversee product distribution and coordinate transportation priorities.
• Visit all market stores at least twice per week to ensure operational standards.
• Collaborate with the Cincinnati Production Manager for efficient yard and transport operations.

• Proven leadership experience in retail or operations management.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
• Forklift and skid steer experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
