Reports to:

Warehouse Manager/Operations Manager.

To ensure the Company’s objectives are met in the areas of loading and unloading freight, and providing direct customer service.

• Ensure total customer satisfaction through courteous service while performing assigned duties in the warehouse and assisting customers with loading and unloading of merchandise.
• Record all required data when processing a customer’s pick‑up: verify merchandise and location on computer records, verify vehicle model, verify no balance, record license number, and thank the customer with politeness.
• Issue, receive and store material, supplies and equipment according to established procedures.
• Maintain open communication with management; complete lists and keep floor current following Visual Merchandiser’s instructions. Maintain the customer pick‑up list, complete warehouse closing checklist, and inspect received merchandise for integrity and accuracy.
• Perform duties in accordance with company safety rules and operations regulations: report safety breaches, wear proper safety equipment, and verify dock gates are secured.
• Accept responsibility for safety and security of all company property.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Maintain records and files in an orderly condition.
• Undertake other responsibilities assigned by store management, including assisting with customer deliveries outside the store.
• Support all company policies, changes, systems or work rules related to this position.

• Lifting, stooping, bending, pushing or pulling up to 100 pounds.
• Sitting or standing for up to a 10‑hour shift.

• Full‑time/Regular
