Join Kohl’s as a Part‑Time Housekeeping & Operations (Janitorial) associate. In this role you will maintain a safe and clean environment throughout the store, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl’s best practices and standard procedures.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain supplies by placing orders when low, ensuring proper rotation and storage.
• Complete required training for chemicals, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance per company guidelines.
• Use Kohl’s tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team.
• Support the operations team with receiving, processing product, stockroom operations, and omni‑channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.

• Acting with integrity, honesty, and fostering teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture.
• Exercising good judgment and discernment when making decisions; taking appropriate partners as needed.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi‑task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Client‑facing retail or service industry experience.

Pay starts at $14.10 per hour.
