Wash Associate – Mike's Carwash

Starting pay up to $16 per hour, plus incentives. Part‑time and full‑time positions available.

A Mike's Carwash Wash Associate is front‑line customer service. The role includes Service Advisor, Director, and ensuring the facility is clean and prepared for customers according to high standards.

  Purpose:
  
  Provide best value for customers by delivering a clean, quick car wash every time with a smile.
• Service Advising:
  Greet and advise customers on Mike’s products/services and process sales transactions.
• Directing:
  Safely prep and direct the vehicle into the wash tunnel.
• Abide by our Values:

• Customer Satisfaction:
  Maintain interior and exterior of the property so customers always feel comfortable. Keep all customer‑related material stocked and clean.
• Training:
  Participate in extensive training to keep your skills up to date. Ask for help from management when needed.

• Must work all scheduled shifts unless notified otherwise by management.
• Attend scheduled team meetings.
• Must be available to work 2 of the 3 following days:
  Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday.

Stand or walk continuously. Occasionally sit, stand, stoop, reach, and twist at the waist. Perform repetitive movements, use hands for gripping and operating controls. Lift up to 50 lbs for up to 3 ft. Carry up to 50 lbs for 10 ft. Occasionally pull 10 lbs for 10 ft.

Work indoors and outdoors in temperatures of 0–100°F, frequently with chemicals. Wear eye and hearing protection. Rarely need to work with machinery with moving parts.
