• Provide an outstanding customer experience through personalized service and attention
• Build meaningful connections with customers, vendors, and teammates
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate gear, products, and training programs
• Support all store initiatives, events, and community outreach efforts
• Maintain product knowledge to educate and inform customers
• Stay adaptable and ready to go above and beyond as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

• Must be available to work 35‑40 hours per week and a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing retail or sales environment is preferred
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and passionate about helping others
• Strong communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor
• Adaptable, accountable, and proactive in learning and decision‑making
• Team player with a collaborative and customer‑centric mindset
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers and fellow team members
• Commitment to doing the right thing—even when no one’s watching
• Able to lift up to 40lbs, stand for long periods, bend/stoop to tie shoes, and reach above shoulder height (including climbing small 4ft ladders)
• Shifts up to 8 hours with no set break schedule
