Retail Inventory Auditor – First Cash (Akron, OH – Cincinnati/Dayton)

Join us to conduct physical inventories at store locations and verify inventory balances.

• Conduct physical inventories at store locations to verify inventory balances.
• Utilize a handheld scanner to count merchandise accurately.
• Follow company audit procedures to ensure compliance with First Cash policies.
• Assess potential risks and quality concerns during store audits.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to review and communicate audit results.
• Work independently while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety policies.
• Travel regularly and participate in full‑team audits when necessary.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Auditing, Retail Operations, Merchandising, or Warehouse/Logistics (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with store teams and management.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/retail environment and handling merchandise.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with no major offenses.
• Availability to work from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
• Willingness to travel out of town up to 50% of the time (typically 4‑5 nights every 2‑3 weeks).

• Must be American or lawful permanent resident.
• Cannot travel more than 50% of the time.
• Negative driver’s record or lack of reliable transportation.
• Unsuitable for teamwork or communication style.
