JOB SUMMARY:

Work for a world class kitchen operation serving baseball teams! Under the direction of the Executive Chef, this position will be responsible for the food preparation, menu execution, and delivering our Hospitality Promise of the Best Food, Best Service, and Best Hospitality for the performance food catering operations for the Reds baseball team in Cincinnati, OH.

** Starting pay at $20/hour, based on experience*
* ** Seasonal Full-Time, Part-Time Positions Available Starting March 2026*
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cross-train and work all stations: food prep, grab/go prep, and a la carte production
• Receive and store grocery orders (must be able to lift up to 50#)
• Uphold the integrity and standards of all the products
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of kitchen at all times
• Provide professional service to all guests to include players, coaches, executives and team support staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years' experience in food service, food safety, and customer service
• Experience cooking multiple types of cuisine
• Experience in batch cooking and cooking for a hot line
• Serv Safe or Food Handlers certification
• Ability to work and present well in an open kitchen environment
• Ability to work successfully alone and on a small team
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and general culinary skills including: knife cuts, basic cooking techniques, proper food handling and storage
• Ability to follow recipes as needed as well as being able to produce without recipes
• Willingness to help others and a desire to learn
• Adaptable, ability to work successfully under changing circumstances
• Confidence in the work you do, professional demeanor, and a service first attitude are a must
• Perform the physical demands - Remain on your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, withstand high temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoop
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• A working knowledge of baseball is helpful
• Spanish fluency is a plus

• Open availability
• Able to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
