Job Summary

We are looking for a Server who brings friendly energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and grow. As a member of the team, you’ll help give our guests a dining experience they will never forget

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their satisfaction
• Greets guests promptly, assist with menu selection, and makes recommendations when necessary
• Accurately takes and places orders, delivering them promptly once prepared
• Addresses guests' concerns or issues, escalating to management as needed
• Maintains cleanliness of tables, dining area, and pantry during shift
• Completes all side work as assigned
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience is preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
