DISHWASHERS - O'CHARLEY'S

We look for friendly, outgoing Dish Operators with good communication skills, organized, able to act quickly, retain composure, sense of urgency, high standards, quality consciousness, eye for detail, pride in appearance, dedication to team, integrity and honesty.

Specific duties include:

• Set up and break down dish machine, including arms, screens and baskets.
• Clean and polish machine thoroughly, remove paper, hose down interior.
• Check machine operation, report defects, and implement preventive maintenance procedures.
• Wash and store all dishes, small wares and glasses; process silverware per O'Charley’s procedures.
• Check water temperature during dishwashing.
• Check trash for silverware, ramekins with Manager; remove trash, place in dumpster, sanitize cans.
• Keep dishroom and detergent storage area neat; keep floors dry.
• Work as a team with Line Cooks to maintain a clean kitchen and efficient service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Speak and understand primary language of the location.
• Stand for long periods, move from area to area.
• Exert fast‑paced mobility up to five hours.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift and carry items up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Learn dish operating procedures.
• Be exposed to wet floors, temperature extremes, loud noises.
