Corporex, one of the largest private real‑estate companies in the region, is searching for a full‑time Property Manager to oversee our growing commercial real‑estate portfolio in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky market.

As a Property Manager at Corporex, you will oversee a campus of commercial properties with a focus on the financial and operational management of each asset. The campus includes high‑rise office, parking, HOA, and retail properties in the Cincinnati area.

• Responsible for the overall day‑to‑day management of assigned properties
• Develop and administer annual property plans and perform ongoing plan reforecasting throughout the year
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly and quarterly property reports
• Manage, train and lead all staff at assigned properties
• Bid, negotiate, award and manage all building service contracts and operating projects
• Act as Landlord representative on all tenant improvement construction
• Assist in developing and executing short and long‑term asset strategy
• Perform frequent and thorough property inspections to ensure compliance with Corporex standards
• Create and foster professional relationships with tenants and vendors
• Responsible for all lease administration duties
• Monitor and collect accounts receivable at assigned properties
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, tenants, guests and vendors
• Ensure property requests and problems are resolved in accordance with contractual obligations and Corporex standards
• Other duties as assigned
