What You’ll Do- Manage all aspects of property maintenance, repairs, and renovations across assigned properties.

- Oversee capital improvement projects, such as unit remodels, exterior upgrades, and system replacements.
- Conduct detailed property inspections and ensure repairs meet company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality work.
- Approve invoices, review bids, and manage project budgets.
- Advocate for the long-term health and value of each property by identifying preventative maintenance and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with ownership and internal teams to report progress, budgets, and timelines.
The Property Services Manager is the hands-on guardian of the company’s assets. By ensuring properties are well-maintained, efficiently turned, and improved strategically, you’ll directly impact asset performance, resident satisfaction, and long-term investment value.
What It Takes- 3–5+ years of experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or construction project management.
- Strong working knowledge of residential building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Financial acumen and the ability to make cost-conscious, quality-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Preferred: hands-on construction background, trade certifications, or experience with property management software (Property Meld, Rentvine, etc.).
- Competitive compensation starting at $75,000+ / year, depending on experience.
- 401(k) with company match.
- Paid vacation and sick leave.
- Flexible, self-managed schedule with autonomy to oversee all aspects of property performance.
- Opportunity to make a visible impact within a growing organization.
