Real Estate Sales Executive

Overview

Our client is a real estate investment firm and leader in the distressed residential real estate investing industry. They are looking for a top talent to join the sales and acquisitions team. The role involves translating pre‑qualified inbound leads into successful property acquisitions.

As the Real Estate Sales Executive you will work closely with the inbound lead management team to provide top‑notch experiences to customers and lead them through the acquisition process.

• Attend in‑person appointments with prospective sellers and customers to determine seller’s motivation and find the appropriate solution.
• Make offers, negotiate, and contract on‑market and off‑market investment opportunities from the leads provided.
• Utilize the company CRM to provide updates and ensure alignment with the lead management team.
• Communicate and maintain excellent relationships with sellers and the team via phone, email, etc.
• Secure properties, affix lockboxes, and take property interior and exterior photos.
• Provide follow‑up calls and correspondences to prospective sellers who could not be contracted on first attempt.
• Perform other duties reasonably within the scope of the position.

• Minimum 5+ years in sales or customer service roles.
• No real estate or industry experience required; desired personality and drive.
• Willing to learn about the real estate industry and help the client grow their marketplace position.
• Passion and expertise for daily outbound communications via phone, email, etc.
• Self‑starter who is resourceful and requires little direction.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
