Quality Control Expert

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Expert to join their team. As a Quality Control Expert, you will be an integral part of the Quality Control department supporting laboratory operations and ensuring the highest standards of product quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will enable you to thrive within this dynamic organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Conduct conformance testing for raw materials, work-in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.

+ Develop and optimize analytical methods for instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, MS, and FTIR to support quality control processes.

+ Perform calibration verification and maintenance of critical laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

+ Assist in making pass/fail decisions and document results accurately in SAP and LIMS systems.

+ Maintain laboratory records, support equipment upkeep, and ensure the lab remains audit-ready at all times.

** What's Needed?*
* + Associate's degree with relevant laboratory experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

+

Experience with high-purity solvents, solvent mixtures, and analytical techniques such as GC-MS, HPLC-MS, IC, ICP-MS, and Karl Fischer Titration.

+ Strong understanding of quality and safety standards in a laboratory setting.

+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Familiarity with SAP and LIMS systems is preferred.
