Quality Control Manager

trak group is partnering with a respected CNC machining organization in the Cincinnati area to identify a strategic and hands-on Quality Control Manager. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing quality systems, maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO and internal quality standards
• Analyze test results and provide interpretation and feedback to production leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and process performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop quality control technicians and specialists
• Address customer concerns and uphold high-quality standards to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain detailed quality records, reporting, and statistical data
• Stay current on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and advancements in quality systems

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within CNC manufacturing
• Internal Auditor training in ISO 9001:2015
• Experience maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification and leading audits
• Familiarity with PPAP submissions and quality data collection
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
