Pay Rate: $20.80/hr

Standard Hours Per Week: 40

Days 7am-3pm M-F

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Analyst to join our Physical Properties Test Lab team in Cincinnati, OH. This role involves hands‑on techniques in physical properties, materials testing, test method validation, quality control, and calculations. The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial or academic setting, as well as demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and working with computer systems, specifically in integration/interfacing with test equipment.>
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine analytical testing for multiple manufacturing lines and finished product/substrate operations.

  • Interact with company priorities.

  • Conduct qualification and verification of physical test instruments in the lab, including instrument checks and reporting when equipment is out of calibration.

  • Ensure accurate record‑keeping and verify that values fall within tolerances.

  • Assist with vendor visits and training on verification policies, as coordinated by the company.

  • Train other analysts on physical test methods, ensuring a thorough understanding of all physical testing performed.

  • Participate in developed test methods and report test results and observations back to management.

  • Adhere to safe behavior and safety expectations.

  • Travel between various sites may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in an industrial or academic setting using hands‑on techniques in physical properties or materials testing.

  • Experience in test method validation, quality control, report writing, and calculations.

  • Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheets.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working with computer systems.
