Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician for a full-time, on-site position located in Cincinnati, OH. The QA Technician will be responsible for monitoring and verifying product quality through standardized procedures, conducting quality control checks, calibrating equipment, and ensuring compliance with quality management protocols. They will play a key role in maintaining the highest product standards and contributing to a culture of excellence within our team.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Quality Management systems
- Experience with Calibration processes and equipment
- Keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and ability to follow standardized procedures
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality management or related fields are preferred
