An established skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in the Cincinnati area is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our clinical team. This is a strong, well-supported building looking for a hands‑on leader who is passionate about quality care, team development, and regulatory excellence.

The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall clinical operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff performance.

• Active Ohio RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Proven survey experience with strong outcomes
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, and clinical systems
• Ability to lead, mentor, and hold clinical staff accountable
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Oversee all nursing operations and clinical programming
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Lead and support Unit Managers, Infection Preventionist, and clinical leadership team
• Monitor quality measures and implement performance improvement plans
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and support recruitment efforts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
