• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Document accurately and timely using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately
• Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients and families
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Valid State RN license
• BLS certification required at hire
• ACLS certification required at hire

• Clinical experience in a critical illness recovery or long‑term acute care setting
