Saint Joe’s is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing care for individuals with developmental disabilities in a supportive, team-focused environment. This leadership role is perfect for an LPN or RN who thrives in a hands‑on setting and is ready to guide, mentor, and elevate a dedicated nursing team.

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout your shift
• Ensure high-quality care and compliance with all regulations
• Assist with training, onboarding, and professional development
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide direct nursing care when needed
• Promote a safe, respectful, and person‑centered environment

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience (required)
• Experience with multi‑handicapped individuals (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond confidently in emergency situations
