• Create a warm, friendly environment where residents are comfortable from admission through discharge.
• You’ll advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring we go above and beyond for them each day.
• Develop personalized care plans based on observation and expertise.
• Act quickly and calmly in emergency situations, initiating life‑saving measures with or without a physician.
• Handle medication for residents and keep meticulous records of every aspect of the care administered.

• Regional Travel: up to two (2) hours from home address (where license or certification is applicable).
• Full Travel: across Trilogy’s footprint in IN, OH, MI, WI, and KY (where license or certification is applicable).
• Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays.
• Mileage and meal reimbursement provided (if applicable).
• Lodging accommodations provided by the company (if applicable).

• Active and in‑good‑standing RN license.
• Availability for every other weekend and holiday work.
• At least one year’s experience as a nurse preferred.
• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
