Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Vent Unit team at Clovernook Healthcare, LLC, a leading provider of Nursing Care, Rehabilitation, and Long-Term Care services in Cincinnati, OH. As a Registered Nurse on our Vent Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients while collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to ventilator-dependent patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and maintain patient vital signs, medical equipment, and treatment modalities

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless coordination of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Minimum Years of Experience: at least 1 Year experience with vent patients

• Must have a VALID OH RN license
