Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric nursing care to patients in various settings, utilizing knowledge of behavioral health and psychiatric care.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Utilize communication skills to establish rapport with patients and their families.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and provide education on mental health issues.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to ethical standards in nursing practice.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Mental Health/ Behavioral Health/ Addictions/ Detox/ Rehab/ Psychiatric care
    .
  • Current OH or Compact RN License.
  • ADN or BSN from an accredited program (ACEN, CCNE, CNEA).
