Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Rehab – Full Time Night shift

Pay: $37.90–$51.00 per hour

• Provide advanced treatment and comprehensive care for patients with brain, spinal, neurological, orthopedic, amputation, and trauma conditions.
• Partner with a Nursing Assistant to manage a manageable caseload and help patients achieve care‑plan goals.
• Receive admissions and transfers.
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Document using EPIC accurately and timely.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.

• Valid State RN License.
• BLS required at hire.

• BSN or BSN enrollment preferred.
• Clinical experience preferred.
