State Tested Nurse Aide; STNA

Care Core at Margaret Hall is seeking compassionate and dependable STNAs to provide exceptional care to our residents. If you’re dedicated to making a difference and want to be part of a supportive, resident-centered team, we want to meet you.

• Provide daily personal care and support to residents
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ADLs
• Document care provided and report any changes in condition
• Support residents in maintaining dignity, comfort, and safety
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

• Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality care
• Previous long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
