Care Core at Lakeridge is seeking a dedicated, clinically strong Assistant Director of Nursing to support nursing leadership and help ensure high-quality resident care in our long-term care community.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations
- Support compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support to nursing staff
- Participate in staff education, training, and performance management
- Assist with audits, quality assurance, and infection control initiatives
- Promote a positive, resident-centered culture of care
- Active, unencumbered Ohio LPN or RN license (required)
- Long‑Term Care experience (required)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
