The Cincinnati VA Medical Center is seeking a Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI)/ Minimum Data Set (MDS) Registered Nurse (RN) in the Community Living Center. The RN will assist in directing the provision of nursing education, orientation, competencies and providing quality improvement and outcomes utilization consultation.

ResponsibilitiesThe Community Living Center Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI)/Minimum Data Set (MDS) Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing competent, evidence-based care to assigned residents and oversight of licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants, as appropriate to the setting. The nurse will assist in directing the provision of nursing education, orientation, competencies and providing quality improvement and outcomes utilization consultation.
