Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care: bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and ADLs under RN/LPN supervision

• Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, turning, ambulating, and nutritional supplements

• Observe residents, document intake/output, and report changes to supervising nurse

• Maintain clean, tidy resident rooms and living areas—make beds and transport as needed

• Promote resident rights, dignity, and safety—report abuse/neglect immediately

• Follow all CCH Corporation policies, federal/state regulations, and infection control standards

• Assist nursing staff and perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid Ohio CNA/STNA certification

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

• Strong attention to detail and adaptive problem-solving

• Physical stamina to lift/transfer residents and stand for shifts

• First Aid/CPR certified (preferred)

• Passion for resident-centered care in long-term settings
