Meadowbrook Care Center, a 156-bed facility located in Northeast Cincinnati, is now hiring compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) / State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our growing healthcare team. Shifts:
- Full-time
- Part-time
- PRN / Flexible scheduling
- Weekend positions
- Provide direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor and promptly report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
- Assist with vital signs, documentation, and other clinical tasks as assigned.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care.
- Collaborate with the nursing and interdisciplinary team to provide individualized care.
- Promote a compassionate, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Active CNA or STNA certification in the State of Ohio.
- No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow directions and adapt to residents’ changing needs.
- Commitment to upholding residents’ dignity and quality of life.
