What You’ll Do- Supervise and support nursing staff throughout your shift.
- Ensure high‑quality care and compliance with all regulations.
- Assist with training, onboarding, and professional development.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide direct nursing care when needed.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and person‑centered environment.
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience (required).
- Experience with multi‑handicapped individuals (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond confidently in emergency situations.
