Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) role with Headway. This is an independent contractor opportunity to start or grow your private practice with Headway’s platform and support. Headway handles credentialing, billing, and practice management so you can focus on patient care.

• Provide psychiatric nurse practitioner services to patients in accordance with your licensure and practice standards.
• Start or expand your private practice while maintaining control over your schedule and client load.
• Utilize Headway’s tools to navigate insurance, credentialing, scheduling, documentation, and secure patient communications.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, DEA or CDS registrations, malpractice insurance, and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with Headway to deliver high‑quality care and a positive patient experience.

• Fully licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner with a valid license, DEA or CDS number, ANCC board certification, a valid NPI, and malpractice insurance.

• Base pay range: $166.00/hr - $196.00/hr final compensation is based on skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter.
• 1099 independent contractor role with autonomy over your hours and caseload.
