- Research and accurately post daily cash receipt information to donor and corporate accounts
- Process billing statements according to defined schedules
- Generate donor acknowledgement letters and tax receipts
- Prepare and import electronic files into campaign software aligned with business rules
- Maintain documentation related to account posting policies and procedures
- Support donor choice and agency vetting activities
- Produce accurate agency payout reconciliations
- Enter pledge forms with precision into the donor database system
- Provide customer service via phone and email to United Way partners
- Active-duty U.S. military member within 180 days of separation
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable working with financial or data systems
- Strong communicator with a customer-service mindset
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Committed to confidentiality and integrity
- Passionate about serving communities
- Civilian experience in nonprofit financial operations
- Hands-on CRM and data management training
- Strengthened organizational and time-management skills
- Exposure to nonprofit and community-impact sectors
