What you do:
- Plans and promotes their assigned channel, with an objective of influencing customer buying behaviors.
- Applies a customer‑centric lens to every project and advocates the customer view.
- Actively works with business partners to understand current and future business needs within assigned segment and to drive the development of multi‑channel marketing strategies to meet those needs.
- Develops close working relationships with senior level management and subject matter experts to ensure success of marketing strategies.
- Leads the development, coordination, and distribution of integrated marketing strategies and initiatives in all forms to drive new sales and retain current customers, leveraging market data supplied by market research and competitive intelligence.
- Monitors and reports on metrics and success of strategies.
- Leads marketing communications support to field sales associates and alternate sales distributions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 3‑5 years of related experience is required.
- Proficient in Workfront and Microsoft Co‑Pilot.
- Experience with Ameritas AI platform is preferred.
- Experience with mass communication to customers via automated phone systems and company website is preferred.
