Marketing Intern

We're looking for a creative + motivated Marketing Intern to support various digital, design + administrative marketing initiatives in collaboration with our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in website strategy, SEO, social media analytics, brand consistency + creative execution - all within a growing engineering firm celebrating its 50th year.

Scope of Work

* Website/digital | assist with website redesign including accessibility research + SEO updates for front-end + back-end optimization; enhance Google Place pages; participate in social media strategy including planning + executing campaigns and tracking analytics; capture engaging office photo + video content

* Graphic design (InDesign/Photoshop) | use templates to create new icons + social share graphics; update media wall + proposal templates; assist with conference promotional materials + instruction documents

* Administrative/marketing support | build + maintain vendor resource lists; conduct template consistency checks; assist with swag research + inventory; coordinate project photography approvals + purchases; support special campaigns and firm initiatives + events

Qualifications

Required:

Proficient in Microsoft Office + Adobe In Design

Preferred:
Word Press experience, SEO knowledge, social media familiarity + Adobe Photoshop

* Willingness to learn + flexibility to support a variety of projects across the firm

* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with a multi-office team

* Self-starter mindset with ability to identify opportunities to improve the department + firm

* Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization + attention to detail
