Marketing Associate

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and creative Marketing Associate to support our growing marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating compelling marketing materials, supporting sales enablement efforts, and contributing to the overall success of Simple's market presence. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your marketing expertise and creative skills to drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.

Content Creation & Design:

• Design and develop branded marketing collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and digital assets
• Create engaging content for multiple channels, including website, email campaigns, social media, and sales materials
• Leverage graphic design skills to bring creative concepts to life in compelling visual assets
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints

Marketing Campaigns & Automation:

• Utilize marketing automation tools, such as Hub Spot, to streamline and enhance marketing campaigns
• Support email marketing initiatives from concept through execution and analysis
• Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization

Sales Enablement &

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and create materials that support sales objectives
• Develop an organized repository of marketing templates and resources for easy access by internal teams
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and customer presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand marketing needs
• Effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to team members and leadership
• Support partner and customer marketing initiatives as needed
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing strategies

Strategy & Optimization:

• Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of marketing materials and campaigns
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
• Contribute to the development of marketing plans and initiatives
• Support market research and analysis efforts as needed

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on graphic design and content creation
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, particularly Hub Spot
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team

Preferred:

• Experience in the staffing industry or B2B SaaS environment
