We’re looking for a Marketing & Customer Experience Associate to join our team. This role blends marketing execution, customer service, and hands-on operational support. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our customers have a great experience, supporting creative marketing initiatives, and pitching in on a wide variety of projects that keep our business running smoothly.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, loves wearing multiple hats, and is eager to learn.

• Assist with social media: help design, write, and schedule posts (Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube).
• Manage Tik Tok engagement and monitor our Tik Tok Shop.
• Assist with photoshoots and video shoots.
• Support campaign and promotion planning:
• Help set up promos in Shopify.
• Help write and design graphics for promos and coordinate with partners on execution.
• Write and post blogs; create graphics using Canva templates.
• Research and test AI tools to enhance e-commerce marketing.
• Help monitor Triple Whale (our e-commerce analytics platform) and analyze promo performance to guide future planning.

• Respond to customer questions and support requests via our conversational AI platform for e-commerce, Gorgias.
• Manage and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Customize pod roofs using a heat press.
• Assist with office coordination (e.g., lunches, one-off projects, etc).

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Comfortable interfacing with customers and dealing with conflict.
• Strong writing, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube).
• Comfortable with basic design tools (Canva; Capcut, Photoshop/Illustrator a plus).
• Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, , Slack, Excel, and PowerPoint a plus.
• Creative, resourceful, and enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset.
