Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role supports the execution of marketing initiatives, assists with client communications, campaign coordination, and internal marketing operations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Support marketing teams with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather information, and address general inquiries.
• Maintain and update campaign records, reports, and internal documentation.
• Help coordinate project timelines and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Conduct basic market research and data collection to support marketing strategies.
