Senior E-Commerce Manager

We’re seeking a Senior E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize performance across our expanding portfolio of online sales channels. This role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution to drive profitable growth, strengthen brand presence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across marketplaces and direct‑to‑consumer sites
.

• Own day‑to‑day operations, strategy, and sales performance across key e‑commerce platforms:
  Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Staples, Target, Newegg, Back Market, Best Buy, Temu, and DTC websites.
• Lead a small team as owner, player, and manager.
• Manage marketplace listings, pricing, promotions, and content optimization to maximize visibility and conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure inventory availability, fulfillment excellence, and consistent brand presentation.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to uncover insights that drive growth, improve margins, and increase repeat purchases.
• Oversee digital advertising and promotional campaigns, balancing performance metrics such as margin and conversion rate

• Stay current on marketplace trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for brand expansion.

• 5+ years of hands‑on e‑commerce experience managing multiple marketplaces and DTC websites.
• Proven success growing sales and profitability across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with a bias for action and accountability.
• Experience with performance marketing, pricing strategy, and inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
