We are looking for a Digital Strategist who is passionate about how media drives brand growth across channels—from social to search to programmatic. While you may have deep expertise in one of these areas, you’ll bring an eagerness to expand your knowledge across all facets of paid digital media.

Job Description
  • Lead and support digital media strategy development across one or more channels, including paid social, programmatic, and Google/SEM—from planning to execution to optimization.
  • Bring hands‑on experience in at least one key digital platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate creative, analytics, and audience insights into strategic media recommendations.
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations and storytelling for clients.
  • Partner with peers and specialists across channels to ensure holistic campaign planning and measurement.
  • Educate clients and internal teams on digital marketing trends, platform innovations, and the evolving role of paid media in the larger marketing mix.
  • Research and recommend campaign enhancements based on audience insights, creative performance, and platform capabilities.
  • Maintain a strong desire to grow your expertise beyond your core channel, exploring how different paid media touchpoints work together to drive results.
  • This person should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a previous media agency role.

This position reports to the Associate Digital Director.
