• Engage face‑to‑face with potential new consumers to educate them on current promotions in a retail environment
• Deliver excellent customer service to existing customers
• Represent brands through in‑person retail marketing campaigns
• Interact with consumers and provide a positive customer experience
• Serve as a point of contact for customer relations and inquiries

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or related coursework is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow through hands‑on training
